Including over ten years of experience in the Sales Compensation field in a variety of roles and responsibilities. Ryan held Sales Operations Management roles with Cisco and Trulia. And has lead dozens of Xactly projects of all sizes.

Adrian has over 15 years experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions specializing in Xactly Incent. Previous solutions implemented include Callidus TrueComp, CentiveCompel and Synygy. Experience working with clients in many verticals in countries including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Poland, Australia, India, Switzerland, Brazil, Israel and Taiwan.
